Pantoprazole 40 mg + Domperidone 30 mg (Sustained Release) Capsules is made up of two drugs known as pantoprazole and domperidone. Domperidone is a pro-kinetic and anti-nausea agent that helps in the treatment of indigestion and stomach pain and pantoprazole is a proton inhibitor that reduces the excess stomach acid formation by blocking the action of enzymes. The combination of drugs is widely used to treat peptic ulcers and gastroesophageal reflux disease and is used to prevent the release of the stomach and relieve symptoms of food pipe lining inflammation or heartburn.
