RITECOLD: Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of skin diseases, headache, common cold, allergies causing congestion, running or blocked nose, sinusitis, rhinitis, sore throat, and respiratory infection causing breathing with noise, pain in body parts, and fever.
RITECOLD: Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg tablet may be taken as prescribed by your doctor. Take levocetirizine, paracetamol and phenylephrine with or without food and swallow it whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break it.
Every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient’s age, and medical history.
It is medically advised that Levocetirizine, Phenylephrine & Paracetamol Tablets may be taken after meals otherwise it may make the patient discomfort.
Do not take RITECOLD: Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg tablet, in case you are allergic to any ingredient in this combination or, are pregnant or breastfeeding before starting this drug. If you have high blood pressure, kidney or liver disease, or coronary artery disease, please do not take RITECOLD without bringing the same knowledge of your treating doctor. Also, tell your doctor about all other medicines you have been taking before starting RITECOLD. Do not stop taking the treatment with this drug even if you have improved your symptoms without talking to your doctor as your symptoms may resume and become hard to treat. RITECOLD: Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg tablet may cause drowsiness and sleepiness, so it is advised not to drive a car or operate machinery. Drinking alcohol should be avoided as it may lead to extra drowsiness and sleepiness. If you are on antidepressants for the past 14 days, please inform your doctor before taking RITECOLD. The medicine may not be safe for breastfeeding mothers to avoid any harm to the baby. Please consult your doctor.
Do not take excess doses as directed by your doctor. Do not take a dose longer than the direction of your doctor.
Inform your doctor in case your symptoms have not shown any improvement within seven days of treatment.
Inform your doctor in case you are taking any other medications for a cold.
