OFLAWOK 200: Ofloxacin 200 mg tablets are indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections.

OFLAWOK 200: Ofloxacin 200 mg tablet must be used in the dose as prescribed by your treating doctor. You are to continue your treatment for the duration as advised by your specialist. You can take a 200 mg tablet with or without food. You must take the dose of Ofloxacin 200 mg tablet at a fixed time. Do not skip the dose and complete your treatment, as prescribed, even if you do not have any symptoms of infection. Early stoppage of treatment may result in coming back the infection and at that point of time, it becomes very difficult to treat due to an increase in antibiotic resistance.
OFLAWOK 200: Ofloxacin 200 mg tablet may cause some side effects including vomiting and stomach pain. But, these side effects are short-term and temporary and resolve on their own, but inform your specialist if any of these side effects persist for a long time. Dysentery may also occur as a side effect but treatment must continue till the completion of the course, as advised by your treating doctor. Inform your specialist if it does not stop or if you find blood in your stools.
You should not take OFLAWOK: Ofloxacin 200 mg tablet if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients. Rarely, few patients may experience allergic reactions which may include rash, redness of lips, tongue, or face, shortness of breath, or breathing problems. You must inform your treating doctor if you have any kidney ailments.
It may cause intoxication and sleepiness disturbing your mental focus. Do not drive. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking OFLAWOK 200: Ofloxacin 200 mg tablets as it may upset your stomach and also cause added intoxication.
